Part 4: Jotunheimen

Step 1: Slettningsbu - Fondsbu: First to Tyinstølen Turisthytte down from 1350m to 1080m and then on the lake Tyin roughly 10km to Tyinholmen Høyfjellsstuer and then 4 km to Fondsbu along the telephone line


Option 1:

Step 2: Fondsbu - Skogadalsbøen: 22km, down from 1065m to 833m

Step 3: Skogadalsbøen - Krossbu Turiststasjon: 16km uphill from 833 to 1267m


Alternative route

Step 2: Fondsbu - Olavsbu: 16 km, up from 1065m to a top at 1600m and then down to Olavsbu at 1440m

Step 3: Olavsbu - Krossbu Turiststasjon: downhill first and then back up to 1267m


Step 4: Krossbu Turiststasjon - Nørdstedalseter: 28.5km globally down from 1267m to 937m, first follwo the road to Sognefjellshytta for 2.5 km and then 26km to Nørdstedalseter

Step 5: Nørdstedalseter - Sota Sæter: 23km first up from 937m to the glacier Fortundalsbreenat 1600m and then down to Sota Sæter at 745m.
